Private Label Information
We understand the importance of increasing brand awareness for your business. Our private label program can help you do just that.
What products are offered for private labeling?
All of our products are available for private labeling with the exception of Aroma Buddies Air Fresheners, as they are being discontinued at the end of this year.
What are your private labeling options?
Because we are a small family owned and operated business, our resources are limited. We offer private labeling, not custom label design. Simply stated, we provide a product, and you are responsible for your own labeling. All products, with the exception of candle items, will be delivered to you "naked" (no labels).
NOTE: All candle items will arrive with a caution label with our company name, city, and state. Our website will NOT be included on the caution label.
Minimum Order Policy
Your first initial private label order requires a $400 minimum, followed by a $200 minimum for any re-orders. We require 50% down before your order will be processed. You will be billed the remainder prior to shipping. Your final invoice will reflect pending product balance and shipping costs.
Payment Policy
We accept Checks, Money Orders, Paypal, RME (Revolution Money Exchange), and Google Checkout. Payments made via Check or Money order require a 7-10 day waiting period before your order will be entered into our system and processed. Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $30 fee.
Shipping Policy
Delivery date is 2-3 weeks from the date the order is placed (please allow more time for exceptionally large orders). You will be notified if the delivery date will be delayed or if any products are no longer available. NOTE: Please place your holiday orders early as our shipping times are often longer in the fall.
You are responsible for paying all delivery fees. In addition, we do require that you purchase insurance on your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items incurred by your carrier during transit. Insurance will be included in your actual shipping total, which will be billed to you prior to shipment of your order.
Private Label Return Policy
Because all private label items are handmade to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
We will, however, be happy to replace any item found to be defective. Claims for shortages or errors must be reported to Ten Digit Creations within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Any damaged items must be reported to your carrier and handled through them.
Price Changes
We will try to notify all vendors in advance, but prices are subject to change without notice.
Private Label Agreement
By submitting your private label order, the purchaser automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
