Wholesale Information

We have now extended our wholesale program to include most of our products!  Pricing discounts and other terms & conditions will be sent to you upon approval of your wholesale application.

 Our wide assortment of candles, home fragrance, and bath & body products are sure to be an excellent addition to your business. 

We're sorry, but free samples are not available.  If you would like to sample our products prior to placing a wholesale order, please make a regular purchase through our site.  Should you then decide to place a wholesale order, we will gladly apply that order cost (minus shipping) to your first initial order with us.

Minimum Order Policy

Your first initial wholesale order requires a $125 minimum, followed by a $50 minimum for any re-orders.  We require payment in full before your order will be processed. 

Payment Policy

We accept Checks, Money Orders, Paypal, RME (Revolution Money Exchange), Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  Payments made via Check or Money order require a 7-10 day waiting period before your order will be entered into our system and processed.  Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $30 fee. 

Shipping Policy

Delivery date is 2 to 3 weeks from the date the order is placed.  You will be notified if the delivery date will be delayed or if any products are no longer available.  (NOTE:  Please place your holiday orders early as our shipping times are often longer in the fall)

You are responsible for paying all delivery fees.  In addition, we do require that you purchase insurance on your wholesale shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items incurred by your carrier during transit.  Insurance will be included in your actual shipping total, which will be billed to you prior to shipment of your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy!  In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with all or part of your purchase, simply contact us within 5 days of receiving your items to notify us of your intent to return.  Unless you have authorization, we will not accept returns.  Please understand, however, that all of our wholesale items are handmade to order; therefore, we do charge a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise or refused shipments.  

Our products are satisfaction guaranteed!  We will replace any item found to be defective.  Claims for shortages or errors must be reported to Ten Digit Creations within 5 days of receiving your shipment.  Any damaged items must be reported to your carrier and handled through them.

Price Changes

We will try to notify all vendors in advance, but prices are subject to change without notice. 

Wholesale Agreement

By submitting your wholesale order, the purchaser automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
