How to Order
You can shop online with our easy and secure shopping cart. Simply place the items you would like to purchase in your cart. When you are finished shopping, click "View Cart", and proceed with checkout.
Payments Accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks, Money Orders, and Paypal (Instant Transfers and E-checks). NOTE: You do not need to have a registered account with Paypal in order to securely pay with a credit card. We have now added Google Checkout and RME (Revolution Money Exchange) for your convenience.

Shipping Policies
We ship our products six days a week via USPS. Larger orders can be shipped via DHL to save you money. Our shipping rates include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. Shipping insurance is OPTIONAL and highly recommended, as we are not held responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. You, the buyer, assume the risk of loss and/or damage by not purchasing insurance. For your convenience, insurance can be added to your cart by clicking here. We will not replace or refund for lost or damaged packages.
Flat Rate Shipping Restrictions
Buy more and save on shipping! We can fit many items into a flat rate box for only $9.80 shipping (or $11.45 if insured). To see if your order qualifies, please contact us prior to ordering and we'll be happy to let you know. We'll always ship flat rate whenever possible to save you money.
Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most of our items are in stock and generally ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. Some items may require 3-7 days for processing (i.e., incense). During the holiday season or for unusually large orders, shipping times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified immediately of any delays. Should you need your candles quicker, please contact us and we'll try our best to accomodate you.
Q: What happens if I didn't pay enough for shipping?
A: In the event that you underpay shipping charges, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. Please note that all shipping charges must be paid in full before your order will be processed.
Q: What happens if I paid too much for shipping?
A: In the event that you picked the wrong shipping method or we find that we can fit your items into a flat rate box to save you money, we will gladly refund the difference in the original form of payment.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know, and we'll do our best to reach a fair and mutually agreed upon resolution. Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue cash refunds.
ATTENTION: Refunds can not be issued for candles that melt out of shape during summer shipments. The USPS does not cover this, even if insurance is purchased, so please purchase your candles in the summer months at your own risk. We have never experienced a problem before, but still needed to include this in our policy. Thank you for understanding.

Ten Digit Creations is NOT responsible for any damage or injury incurred due to lack of care when burning your candle items. For your safety, a warning label has been affixed to all candles with instructions on how to properly use them. Please adhere to all instructions and utitlize good old common sense! ;)
Bath & Body Products
Our bath and body products are for external use only. As with any skin care product, the possibility of an allergic reaction or sensitivity is present. For your convenience, a full list of ingredients can be found in each product description. If skin irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. Ten Digit Creations is NOT responsible for any injury incurred by use or misuse of any product.
Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Your purchase from Ten Digit Creations signifies your acceptance of the aforementioned information and policies.

At Ten Digit Creations, we will never share your information with anyone. We do not give your name and information to others, nor do we put you on mailing lists, call lists, or email lists. All transactions with us are private, and any information given to us is for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
